The term hypnotherapy means the use of hypnosis for treatment and relief of a variety of psychological symptoms, by relaxing the conscious part of the brain and focusing on the sub conscious part we can change or remove previously installed programs. It is very important to know that nobody can be hypnotised against their will, clients have to consent to been hypnotised as this is also part of the process of being committed. Hypnotherapy is completely safe and has no side effects as it is totally harmless and treatment is long lasting, during hypnosis you will be aware of what's happening and are able to move or wake if you so feel so, you are always in control. |
